Full Support and Maintenance for Your MaynImaging System

Benefit from 12 months full service level agreement with every new system and the option to extend on expiry.

We offer a quick, polite and friendly service and will always go the extra mile to make a satisfied customer.

We provide you with clear cut minimum response times which will escalate to management if we do not respond in the specified time.

Our specialist team provides 1st and 2nd level support with the option for an annual maintenance visit for your MaynImaging system.

We use an internal ticketing system with reports available on request (we realise you might be too busy to want a report every month). We also provide on-site support where we cannot resolve the problem by telephone. Our imaging software has a sophisticated diagnostic function that allows us to resolve problems very quickly. Most problems we can resolve in the same day but if an engineer is required on-site we will include this at no extra charge (3 visits permitted per year).
